Since 1990, my company has provided computer support to residents and businesses in the Los Angeles area. At last count, we had received 85 five star ratings from our on-line clients. In 2012 we permanently relocated to Westchester County and my family and I are in love with it’s charm and beauty.
Our services are performed on site and remotely as needed. Based out of White Plains, NY, we travel to all points in Westchester County, Manhattan and lower Connecticut. For local service calls, we do not charge for drive time or mileage. We bill in 15 minute increments with only a 1 hour minimum for on site service. We do not charge minimums for remote service or telephone support! We offer a very competitive rate for an excellent level of service.
We do offer a different level of service than most companies in this business. Not all computer repair companies are the same. We do not charge a markup on any hardware or software purchases. We do not make any commissions. We only bill for labor and expenses. You will always know that we have your best interest in mind when purchasing items for you. You will always know that the price we find you was the best that we could find on that day. We have never over-billed a client. We always warranty our work. We have made a great many friendships through our fair business transactions and the fact that we care about our clients. We will always put your needs above our own, and with this philosophy, our single greatest source of business has always been referrals.

Robert Brake has been a technology consultant since about 1990. His first IT company was sold when he moved from Los Angeles to New York in 2012. His current company is Metro North Computer Consulting. www.nypcfix.com. His focus has been on small to medium sized business services, supporting individuals as needed. An ideal client for Robert and Metro North Computer Consulting has between 5-25 employees and understands the value he brings to the table. They service from 1-1,000 computers, in all skill levels.
