Do you work for homeowners?

Yes, we do. We have always maintained a ratio of about 80% business clients to 20% residential clients. We charge the same rates and bring the same expertise to both.

Question 2

I am just outside of Westchester. Can you still take care of my office?

Accepted Answer

Call us. We have a few core clients outside our typical service area. If you happen to be near one, we may be able to help you. Additionally, at times we may decide to travel to get your emergency under control and then help you find a qualified local technician to take over maintenance.

Question 3

Do you travel to Fairfield County, CT?

Accepted Answer

In Fairfield County, we travel to Greenwich, Stamford, and North Stamford for regular service. Beyond that, we cannot take clients for regular service — only emergency repairs.
