I see your hourly rate but are there any other fees?

Within our target range, about 30 minutes drive, we don't charge for mileage or drive time. We have no site visit fees. We do charge a minimum 1 hour for an on-site visit. Subsequent billing is in 15 minute increments. Remote work and phone support are billed in 15 minute increments. Hardware and software are often billed right to your credit card.

Our primary focus is on small businesses with 5-25 employees. While we do occasionally assist home users, smaller businesses, or larger offices of up to 100 employees, combined they make up less than 20% of our client base.

Why is my wireless so bad when I have so much hardware?

More hardware doesn't always mean better Wi-Fi. Often, interference from neighboring networks, improper placement of access points, or using substandard equipment causes issues. We can perform site surveys to optimize your network.

Yes. Weekly we take remote calls out of state and out of the country. Established clients move and take vacations but their access to service doesn't end.
