Traditional SEO optimizes your website to rank in Google's blue-link results. AEO (AI Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) optimize how AI systems — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews — understand, trust, and cite your business when someone asks a question. The mechanics are different: AI engines pull from structured data, schema markup, authoritative content, and citation patterns rather than backlink counts and keyword density.
How long before I see results?
AI citation improvements typically appear within 60–90 days of consistent optimization. Some clients see their first AI citations within 30 days after schema and FAQ updates. Unlike paid ads, results compound over time — each month of optimization builds on the last. When paired with other forms of marketing, results are seen in the first week.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. We request a 90 day period to show results, then all tiers are month-to-month. The only upfront cost is the one-time $250 onboarding fee, which covers baseline setup. You can pause or cancel with 30 days notice.

The audit runs your business name and primary services through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's Gemini, and others, then documents exactly what each engine returns. You'll see whether you appear, which competitors are being recommended instead, and the three highest-impact changes that would improve your visibility. There is no obligation to proceed with a retainer.
Can I start with Bronze and move to Gold or Platinum later?
Yes. Tier changes take effect at the start of the next billing month. The onboarding fee is not charged again when upgrading. Bronze → Gold → Platinum upgrades are seamless.
Do you work with businesses outside of Westchester County?
The retainer service is available to any business regardless of location. The free AI Visibility Audit is also available remotely. Metro North's primary IT support service area is Westchester County and parts of Fairfield County CT, but AI marketing work is location-independent.
